Goodbye Perth ... for now

Well, my time in Perth is over for now as Nettie prepares me for my journey onto Alex in San Diego.

I've had a blast over the past few weeks, although it would have been nicer if the weather had cooperated a little more! Unfortunately Nettie didn't get to take me to a few places she thought I'd like as it was raining. Hopefully I will get to come and stay with Nettie's friend Smerk, who also lives in Perth. I would really like to see more of this wonderful city!

I've had some photos taken of me out and about in the city so I'll share them with you now.

This is the Bell Tower down on the foreshore of the city itself. It's very tall though so we didn't manage to get all of it in this picture! We stayed to hear the bells chime and I must say, they're quite pretty. We didn't climb to the top though as I'm a little scared of heights!

Another picture of the Bell Tower. It lights up at night with pretty coloured lights, quite the sight.

Just a photo of me from the foreshore with the city in the background. Perth is a very small city but it's got a lovely atmosphere and everyone is really friendly, especially to visiting gnomes.
Nettie tried to take me to the big Atrium near here but it's closed for the time being. Hopefully it will open up again soon!

This is Old London Court, a cute little mall in the centre of the city. It reminds me a little of Diagon Alley from Harry Potter actually! An old fashioned mall in the middle of a concrete city!

This is a photo of the inside of the mall. I'm a little bit blurry sorry, the flash didn't quite agree with me that day.

Finally, this is me with the big Kangaroos down near the Supreme Court Gardens. The were very big but not nearly as scary as I expected them to be, but that could be because they weren't real...
I hope you've enjoyed seeing my photos of my time with Nettie and I look forward to being able to share with you my stories of my time with Alex.

Until then, farewell!
